Tobias comes from Bonn, Germany where he graduated from High School in 2005 with Abitur and International Baccalaureate. Still being in High School he engaged in an entrepreneurial project that brought together school and Germany’s largest telecommunications firm.

At Business Associates Europe he was responsible for project acquisition and marketing. In addition he supervised project staffing and Human Resource management. While monitoring projects and coordinating company efforts he could apply previously gained experience in the United States and Germany.
