The country’s leading education provider for professional learning adults is currently growing, and we seek quality employees to help manage our growth.​ Student Consultant positions are the first point of contact for our students and help determine whether potential students are eligible for enrollment.​ It’s important that these client relations candidates are resourceful because more often than not, they are referring students to the appropriate division or person who can best help them with particular questions.​ Student consultants will liaise between students interested in enrolling and university counselors.​

This particular position begins as an hourly position with the opportunity to advance into a salaried position.​ Once salaried, employees also have the option of working flexible hours or shorter work weeks for the same pay.​ This opportunity also allows candidates to enroll in free, online university courses after initial training.​ Student Consultants work in the customer service center, located in Southeast Phoenix at the company’s corporate headquarters.​

We’re looking for candidates who are dependable, courteous, like helping others and know how to make a good first impression.​ Previous customer service/​call center experience is beneficial, and candidates must be open to spending a great deal of time on the phone.​ Good computer skills including some knowledge of database management tools are necessary along with a “can do” attitude.​ Candidates have an excellent opportunity for advancement, and are armed with extensive training and continuous coaching.​
